How do I reset my password?

On the login screen tap Forgot your password? and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

My progress isn't saving — what should I do?

Make sure you have an active internet connection. MedStudy saves your progress to the cloud automatically after each lesson or quiz. If you're offline, your progress will sync the next time you open the app with a connection.

How do streak freezes work?

You earn a 🛡️ streak freeze after every 7 consecutive days of study. If you miss a day, a freeze is automatically used to protect your streak. You can hold up to 2 freezes at a time.

How do I turn off study reminders?

Go to the Profile tab → scroll to Study Reminders → toggle off. You can also disable notifications for MedStudy in your iPhone Settings → Notifications.

How do I delete my account?

Email us at support@astarlearner.com with the subject "Delete my account" and we'll permanently delete all your data within 30 days.

The app crashed — what should I do?

Try closing and reopening the app. If the problem persists, delete and reinstall MedStudy from the App Store — your progress is saved to the cloud and will be restored when you log back in. If you're still having issues, email us with your device model and iOS version.

I found a mistake in the content — how do I report it?

We take content accuracy seriously. Please email us at support@astarlearner.com with the lesson name and the error you found. We review and correct all reported issues promptly.
